Question: Existing Medical Conditions?
Answer: A Travellers Medical Appraisal Form must be completed and submitted to us prior to the issue of the policy, for acceptance. If accepted we will advise of any additional amount payable and / or conditions placed.

Question: Taking valuable personal effects with you?  
Answer: Specified Items Cover enables you to purchase additional cover for any items worth more than the item limits for the selected Travel Plan allow. You must insure the total value per item and have current receipt or valuation, not a quote. (Note: The receipt or valuation must not be more than 12 months old).

Question: Hiring a car, campervan, motorcycle or boat?
Answer: If you are renting a car, campervan, motorcycle or boat you may have to pay an insurance excess for an accident or theft. We have included cover for rental vehicle insurance excess however you may wish to increase this cover.  You can increase your rental vehicle insurance excess cover by multiples of $500, up to an extra $5,000 for an additional amount of $20 for each $500 increase in the rental vehicle insurance excess cover.

Question: Excesses?
Answer: A standard excess applies to most policies. This can be removed, by selecting the Excess Buyout option when you purchase your policy.
